NORFOLK — Jessie Franklin March, 82, passed away July 16, 2012 in Norfolk.

Jessie is predeceased by her parents, Lloyd C. and Gladys March; and her sister, Helen Guy.

She is survived by her brother, Lloyd C. March Jr.; sisters, Betty Raby and Barbara Lauman; along with several nieces and nephews.
