Fight suspects sought

Suffolk police are seeking assistance locating two suspects wanted in a weekend fight.
About 2:55 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to a loud party in progress in the 400 block of Linden Avenue, according to a press release from the city.
During the incident, a male victim was shot in the lower left leg and right side. He was treated and released from Sentara Obici Hospital.
A female victim also was assaulted with a sharp object, according to the release. She suffered lacerations to her face, back and head. She also was treated and released from Obici.
Police have warrants on file for Gary Jerel Mayo, 27, whose last known addresses are in the 1000 block of Nansemond Parkway and 60 block of Stacey Drive, according to the release.
Warrants also are on file for Mashall Lesaye Sutton, 23, with a last known address in the 100 block of Nancy Drive.
Mayo is wanted on charges of malicious wounding, assault by mob, shooting in the commission of a felony and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
Sutton is wanted on charges of intent to main or kill by mob and brandishing a firearm.
Detectives David Burke and Rachelann Cardwell are the lead detectives on the case.
Two women, Brittney Riddick and Pamela Bennett, already face charges of malicious wounding and shoot/stab in the commission of a felony in relation to the fight.
