SMITHFIELD — Evelyn L. Fulgham Wilkerson, 64, died Sept. 18, 2012, in Sentara Obici Hospital. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, at Shivers Funeral Chapel. Viewing will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 21, 2012, at the chapel. Interment will be in the Mt. Tabor C.O.G.I.C Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 14078 Melissa Drive, Smithfield, and will assemble at noon Saturday for the procession to the funeral chapel.
