The National Society of High School Scholars has announced that King’s Fork High School student Skyla M. Williams has been selected for membership.
“I am honored to recognize the hard work, sacrifice and commitment that Skyla has demonstrated to achieve this level of academic excellence,” said NSHSS chairman and founder Claes Nobel, a member of the family that established the Nobel Prizes. “Skyla is now a member of a unique community of scholars — a community that represents our very best hope for the future.”
Membership in the organization, founded in 2002, entitles students to enjoy benefits including scholarship opportunities, academic competitions, free events, member-only resources and more. There are more than 530,000 members in more than 160 countries. Visit www.nshss.org for details.
