The Nansemond-Suffolk Academy Lady Saints ran their record to 7-1 with a 52-44 win over the Kellam Knights of the Beach District on Friday.

Junior guard Jessica Pieroni led the way with 19 points, seven rebounds and four assists.

Freshman Harper Birdsong followed with 14 points and seven assists, junior guard Kaylor Nash scored 11 and hauled in 10 rebounds, and Macy Mears added six points and five rebounds.
