KFHS boys extend winning streak

The King’s Fork boys’ basketball team extended its win streak to eight games with a dominating 68-31 victory over visiting Hickory on Friday night.
In the second half, the Bulldogs managed to build on the 42-15 lead they held at halftime.
Senior forward Donte’ Ralph had 19 points and nine rebounds, senior guard Akanni White added 11 points, six assists and four steals, and senior guard Jacorey Smith posted 11 points, five rebounds and five assists.
The Bulldogs (9-3, 6-2) head to Lakeland (6-7, 3-5) on Tuesday for the Suffolk teams’ first meeting of the season.
