Robert Alfred Gingras, 92, of Portsmouth, Va., passed away on Jan. 10, 2013. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, with the Rev. Tommy Reynolds officiating.
