Suffolk’s Bryan Nuckles finished just behind his McDaniel College teammate, Jason Adams, in two sprints during a swim meet against Dickinson on Saturday.

Nuckles, a Nansemond-Suffolk Academy alumni, was second in both sprints. He was just outtouched by Adams in the 50, finishing with a time of 21.95 seconds. It was déjà vu in the 100, where Nuckles finished with a time of 49.11.

Nuckles and Stevie Hoyt joined Logan Linden and Jono Leafblad to finish second in the 200 medley relay (1:44.78).

Dickinson won eight events as part of a 66-29 Centennial Conference men’s swimming victory over McDaniel.

The McDaniel Green Terror returns to action at Franklin & Marshall on Friday.
