William T. “Mickey” Figgs, 78, of 921 Truman Road, Suffolk, Va., died Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013, at his residence. He was a native of Suffolk and the son of the late John Figgs and Roberta Lawrence Perry.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Rosa Grant Figgs; four daughters; one son; other relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held at noon, Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at Oak Grove Baptist Church officiated by Dr. Anthony Copeland. Interment will be in Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
