Kristy Dawn Siebert, 36, passed away Feb. 5, 2013. A funeral service will be held Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, Va., with Pastor Jason Hawks officiating. Burial will follow at Nansemond Suffolk Cemetery. Visitation will be held this Saturday night from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
