Emeline Grunow Plauka, 90, passed away Feb. 10, 2013. A memorial service will be held Friday, Feb. 15, 2013, at 10 a.m. at First Lutheran Church in Norfolk with the Rev. Dr. Richard Goeres officiating. Inurnment will follow the services at 1 p.m. at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery in Suffolk, Va.
