Fera Hoggard, 77, of the 300 block of Goodman Street, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 13. A visitation will take place on Sunday from 2 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. A funeral service will take place on Monday at noon at the funeral home chapel. She will be laid to rest in the T.E. Cooke-Overton Garden of Carver Memorial Cemetery.
