Sylvia Barnes Bilby, 61, of Suffolk, died Feb. 20.

A funeral will be held Saturday, Feb. 23, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Alexander Baptist Church, 4316 Pamela Court, Chesapeake, VA 23321. Burial will follow at Western Branch Baptist Church Cemetery.
