Lauder makes ODU list

Ashley Nicole Lauder, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. Scott and Lisa Lauder of Smithfield, has been named to the dean’s list for the fall 2012 semester at Old Dominion University.

Lauder is a speech-language pathology and audiology major in the college of education and is working on a minor in special education.

To make the dean’s list, students must be enrolled full time and have a grade point average of 3.4 or higher, with no grade below a C.

Kerr named to KU honor roll

Danielle Kerr of Suffolk was one of more than 4,450 undergraduate students at the University of Kansas to earn honor roll distinction for the fall 2012 semester.

Kerr is the daughter of Brenda Kerr of Suffolk. She attended Nansemond-Suffolk Academy. A sophomore at KU, Kerr was named to the honor roll for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Barton College names dean’s list

Morgan Ann Washington of Suffolk has been named to the fall 2012 dean’s list at Barton College in Wilson, N.C.

Dean’s List students achieved a grade point average of 3.3 or better on a four-point scale.
