Frank Morris Kelly Sr., 88, of Suffolk, passed away Feb. 24, 2013. A funeral will be held Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Suffolk Christian Church, 216 N. Main St., Suffolk, VA 23434, with the Rev. Michael D. Halley and the Rev. Roger Johnson officiating. A reception celebrating Frank’s life will be held after the service in the reception hall, followed by entombment at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 7 to 8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434.
