NORFOLK — Pastor Elissie M. Hassel, 83, formally of Shiloh, N.C., entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2013. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, March 1 from 1 to 7 p.m. A home going service will take place at First Baptist Church of Logan Park on Saturday, March 2, at noon.
