NEWPORT NEWS — Infant Lyric Bi’Lai Williams, the daughter of Billy D. Williams and Valita S. Bowser, was called home to be with the Lord on March 1, 2013. A graveside service to celebrate Lyric’s life will be held on Friday, March 8, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the Mount Nebo Baptist Church Cemetery, Mount Ray Drive, Surry, Va. Arrangements entrusted to Shivers Funeral Chapel, Smithfield.
