Police identify pedestrian killed in wreck

The Suffolk Police Department has identified a pedestrian killed in a wreck Wednesday night.
Charles Richardson, 63, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the involved vehicle contacted emergency dispatchers at 9:39 p.m. to report the accident in the 400 block of East Pinner Street. Suffolk Fire and Rescue also responded.
Police continue to investigate the accident.
