The Hampton Roads Sanitation District will relocate its data center into its new operation center on Friday.

During the relocation, account information or remittance of payments will not be available through the Hampton Roads Utility Billing Service’s interactive voice response system or online at www.hrsd.com.

Customers will continue to have access through the EZ-Pay and e-bill website to review their HRUBS bill and perform online payments. No HRUBS utility bills will be posted with a due date between April 19 and April 22. In addition, no field activities for delinquent bills will be scheduled through April 19.
