City officials have identified the victim in Sunday night’s fatal crash.

Savannah Scheil, 17, of Windsor, died when her 2010 Hyundai Accent ran off the road and struck a tree in the 3700 block of Lake Prince Road, according to a city press release. The resulting vehicle fire was reported about 11:06 p.m.

Scheil was a Windsor High School student.
