Raymond Hardy Spivey, 91, passed away April 20, 2013. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at 2 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory with the Rev. T.A. Powell officiating. A time of visitation will follow the service at the funeral home.  Following the visitation burial will be held at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery with military honors.
