Lady Bulldogs destroy Oscar Smith

The King’s Fork High School Lady Bulldogs took the Oscar Smith High School softball field by storm and left with a 19-0 victory on Tuesday evening.
The Lady Bulldogs poured in an impressive 26 hits and were led by junior Kayla Harbin, who went 5-for-5 with a triple, two runs scored and five RBIs.
Freshman Kay’Lee Justice went 4-for-5, including a triple, three runs scored and four RBIs.
King’s Fork sophomore pitcher Sydney Wash threw seven strikeouts in five innings and added to the offensive avalanche with a 3-for-5 night, which also included a triple, two runs and two RBIs.
Among the many other notable Lady Bulldog batters were senior Heather Clark (3-for-5 with a double, two runs and three RBIs), junior Ashley Roten (4-for-5 with three runs and two RBIs and junior Kayla Jones (3-for-4 with two runs and two RBIs).
King’s Fork (10-4, 8-4) will seek to extend its win streak to 10 games when it hosts Great Bridge High School on Friday.
