Mrs. Gloria Darlene Luster Hampton, 106 Bunch St., departed this earthly life on May 17, 2013.

She was predeceased by her parents, Jean Luster Mayfield and Thomas Tillery. She is survived by her two sisters, Rhonda Barksdale, of Lakeland, Fla., and Janet Gay (Donald), of Topeka, Kan.; five brothers, Michael Britt, Romie Mayfield Jr., Michael Mayfield, all of Suffolk, Daryl Mayfield (Ethel) and Marvin Mayfield, of Portsmouth.

A funeral of triumph will be held at Antioch UCC Church on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Jarvis Jones officiating. The family will received friends at the home of her aunt, Ann Luster Stallings, 1101 Blythewood Lane. Harris Funeral Home has been entrusted with the home going service.
