Mrs. Madgie L. Powell departed this earthly life on Thursday, May 23, 2013, at Sentara Nursing Center, Portsmouth. A funeral will be held on Wednesday, May 29 at noon at Oak Grove Baptist Church, Suffolk. Burial will be immediately following the service at Oak Grove Cemetery.
