Registration is ongoing for the Suffolk Unit 4-H Junior Camp, which will be held for children 9-13 Aug. 5-9 at the Airfield 4-H Educational Center in Wakefield.

Campers will have the opportunity to participate in activities such as canoeing, leather craft, riflery, theatrical arts, journalism, archery, fishing, cooking, robotics, animal science and swimming. They will also enjoy evening campfires.

4-H camps help youngsters discover new interests, develop self confidence and meet new friends.

The cost of the camp is $200, and applications for campers are available at the Suffolk Unit Extension Office, located on the third floor at 440 Market St. The office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
