Marvin Lee Spivey, 81, of Waverly passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, June 22, 2013, at Waverly Congregational Christian Church with the Rev. Chuck Wilman and the Rev. Joy Heaton officiating. Burial will be private.
