Thelma Elaine Turner Copeland, 91, passed away July 15, 2013. A celebration of life service will be held Thursday, July 18, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Suffolk Christian Church with the Rev. Michael D. Halley officiating. Following the service a reception will be held in the church fellowship hall.
