The members of the Suffolk Chapter of Les Gemmes Inc. have awarded $500 scholarships to students from each of Suffolk’s public high schools.

Recipients were Gabrielle Saunders of King’s Fork High School, Montrell L. Parker of Nansemond River High School and Samson Worrell of Lakeland High School.

Members of the Suffolk Chapter of Les Gemmes Inc. are Gail Hinton-Copeland, Gracie Eure, Tammy Miller-Williams, Veronica Evans, Joyce Garretson, Audrey Knight, Anita Warren, Evelyn Wall and Sharon Downs.
