Stephens is a former chairman of the Isle of Wight County Fair and a lifelong resident of Windsor. Stephens has a passion to convey everything good about the Windsor Community — locally known as “The Heart of Isle of Wight.”

Stephens’ new program will be called “Windsor Way” and is scheduled to debut in August with Windsor Mayor Carita Richardson as his guest.

Charter Local Origination channel 13 reaches approximate 20,000 households in communities located in Suffolk, Smithfield, Isle of Wight County and Franklin. In addition to host format programming, the channel also features replays of many high profile local organization events and programs produced by the State of Virginia.

The channel also provides a community electronic bulletin board that currently displays upcoming community events free of charge.
