Mr. Haywood McCoy Madison Jr. “Dickie Boy,” of 608 Brook Ave., departed this earthly life on Aug. 9, 2013.

A funeral celebration service will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 14, 2013, at 1 p.m. at the Antioch UCC Church with the Rev. Breon Perry officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Harris Funeral Home has been entrusted with the home going service.
