Late goal helps KFHS top Lady Bruins

The King’s Fork High School field hockey team was locked in a 0-0 tie with host Western Branch High School until about two minutes remained on Wednesday. At that point, freshman Lauren Park scored to lift the Bulldogs to victory.
Senior Kana Hashigami provided the assist.
The next scheduled game for King’s Fork (4-5, 0-2) is on Monday, Oct. 7 at home against Northampton High School.
