Deaconess Willie Jane Suiter, of Maple Lane, Windsor, died Sept. 29, 2013, while a patient in Sentara Obici Hospital, Suffolk. A homegoing celebration will be held Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013, at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 35173 Burdette Road, Franklin, with the pastor, the Rev. Charles Pittman, delivering the message of comfort. Burial is in Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery, Suffolk. A traditional service with dignity will be conducted by Wm. M. Johnson & Sons Inc., 224 S.
