Richard “Dick” Neely Burket, 73, of Suffolk, died Oct. 18, 2013. A funeral service will be held Monday, Oct. 21, 2013, at 12:30 p.m. at Wilroy Baptist Church, 306 Williams Road, Suffolk, VA 23434 with the Rev. Robert Carpenter officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday evening from 7 to 8 p.m. at Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, 3515 Robs Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434.
