CARRSVILLE — Victoria “Vickie” Gail Williams, 47, passed away on Oct. 20, 2013, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Portsmouth to Sharon L. and the late Ed Wayne Linville. Vickie worked at Lipton Tea as the store clerk for many years. She had a great love for her family and loved being a grandmother.

Besides her mother, Sharon, she is survived by her husband, Steven Williams; daughter Amber Sullivan, of Suffolk; sons Steven Sullivan Jr., of Carrsville, and Kenneth Sullivan, of Suffolk; grandson Cameron Bulls; brother Ed Wayne Linville, of Portsmouth; stepdaughter Amy W. Jilcopt and husband Robbie, of Rocky Mount, N.C.; stepsons Steven Williams Jr. and wife Anja, of Chesapeake, Christopher Williams and wife Katie, of Gates County, N.C., and Ryan Williams, of Ivor.

A memorial service will be conducted on Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, at 6 p.m. in the R.W. Baker & Company Funeral Home and Crematory, 509 W. Washington St., Suffolk, by the Rev. Thomas Powell.
