Ann Jeannette Caddy Bell, 73, of Suffolk, died on Oct. 26, 2013. A graveside service will be held at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens on Wednesday, Oct. 30, 2013, at 2 p.m. with Dr. Donald Ray Jones officiating.
