Mr. Arthur Lee Smith, of 505 Riddick Circle, died Nov. 25, 2013, at his residence.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013, at 1:30 p.m. at Tabernacle Christian Church. Entombment will take place at Nansemond-Suffolk Cemetery. Bishop Carlton Upton Sr. will officiate.
