Carlese Kilby “Toy” Ballard, 98, of Suffolk died Thursday, Dec. 5, 2013. A funeral will be held at noon Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013, at St. Paul Baptist Church with Bishop C.V. Russell III officiating. Interment will be in Little Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Crocker Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
