Frank Morris Kelly Jr., 53, of Suffolk, died Dec. 29, 2013. A funeral will be held on Friday, Jan. 3, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Parr Funeral Home and Crematory with the Rev. Michael Ola and the Rev. Roger Johnson officiating. The interment will be held at 2 p.m. at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.
