Justin L. Chambliss, a freshman at Norfolk State University, made the Dean’s List for the fall semester with a grade point average of 3.5.

He is the son of Christie L. Chambliss and the grandson of Elnora Chambliss and the late Lawrence Chambliss, all of Suffolk.
