Mr. Charlie Jordan Sr., of Prospect Road, Suffolk, departed this earthly life on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2014.

He is survived by his sons, Charlie Jordan Jr. (Diane), of Richmond; Walter Jordan (Kesha), of Rex, Ga.; and his daughters, Charlene Budd, Mary Patrick (Henry) and Yvette King (Karl), all of Suffolk, and Jennifer Watson (Michael), of Douglasville, Ga.; along with two brothers and four sisters and a special care giver, Kameshia Budd. He will be lovingly missed by his 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A home going service will be held on Friday Jan. 17, at noon at St. Timothy Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Burial will be in Holly Lawn Cemetery, Suffolk. Harris Funeral Home has been entrusted with the home going service.
