Police are investigating an armed robbery that took place Tuesday evening as the two victims walked home from work.

It took place about 10:50 p.m. in the 200 block of Burnetts Way. The two male victims were approached by two black males who displayed a handgun and demanded money, receiving some cash, city spokeswoman Diana Klink said.

The victims were not injured in the incident, Klink said. An investigation is ongoing.
