Police are investigating a robbery that took place Friday just after 4 a.m.

It took place in the 1200 block of Parker Drive, off Williams Road. One victim was in the vehicle outside their home, while the other was in front of the vehicle, according to a police report. The robbers pointed a handgun at the one standing outside the vehicle and took various items from him, then instructed the other victim to get out of the car and took items from that person, as well.

The suspects were last seen by the victims fleeing on foot.

City spokeswoman Diana Klink said there were no injuries, and the investigation is ongoing.
