An Isle of Wight County man faces more charges after another child has come forward to accuse him of molestation.

Cecil John Dunlap, 67, of the 4300 block of Joyner Street, has been charged with forcible sodomy against the second victim. The second child, who was known to the suspect, came forward after the first arrest was publicized.

In September, he was charged with forcible sodomy against the first victim, also known to him, and also with federal charges of child pornography allegedly discovered on his computer in the process of a search warrant.

He is at Western Tidewater Regional Jail without bond.
