Beulah Mae Mayfield, 62, of 5925 Bradfield Drive, Suffolk, died Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014, at her residence.

A funeral service will be held at noon Saturday, Feb. 22, 2014, at Tabernacle Baptist Outreach Center officiated by Elder Trevon Boone. Interment will be in Tabernacle Baptist Church Cemetery.
