PORTSMOUTH — John Neely Park Sr., of Portsmouth, died on Feb. 24, 2014, at his home. A funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2014, at 11 a.m. in Liberty Spring Christian Church, 4213 Whaleyville Blvd., Suffolk, VA 23434, by the Rev. Allen Lancaster, the Rev. Dr. Chris Surber and the Rev. Scott Shields, with burial following at the church cemetery. A reception will be held in the church fellowship hall following the service.
