Charter Communications failed its customers

To the editor:

Charter Communications has taken advantage in the worst way of the people who supported the company.

They continue to raise the price of their cable services, while we continue to watch reruns — over and over again.

We never get a bill that is for the amount we expect. It seems there are extra charges or other fees added every month.

The people need to stand together and show Charter they can get television services from another company.

They just cut our service off — no notice, nothing — and when we called to find out what was going on, we were told we would have to wait a few days for a new box to be sent by mail.

If they cared at all about their customers, they would have made sure their older customers received letters by mail, or at least phone calls, to let them know what to expect and when the new digital conversion was to take place.

Charter is about as sorry as any company that offers service.
