Louis J. Parker, 83, of 1111 Truman Road, died Feb. 25, 2014, at Deep Creek Manor Nursing Home in Chesapeake. A funeral will be held Monday, March 3, 2014, at noon at Oak Grove Baptist Church, where the Rev. Dr. Anthony Copeland is pastor. Interment will be in Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
