The construction of Pioneer Elementary School is 10 days behind schedule due to the snow but will still be delivered on time and on budget, the School Board heard Thursday.

“The contractor is pretty confident that they will be still able to (finish construction by) Aug. 10, but probably before then,” project manager Jeff Brooks said.

“As far as the financial side, we are within budget.”
