Alfonza Lee Holley, 65, died March 11, 2014, in Norfolk. He was the son of Mozell H. Cowling. A memorial tribute will be held at noon Saturday, March 22, 2014, at Tabernacle Baptist Outreach Center, 3621 Nansemond Parkway, officiated by the Rev. Trevon D. Boone.
