Herbert Lee Turner, 64, of Norfolk, died Sunday, March 30, 2014, at Sentara Obici Hospital in Suffolk. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 5, 2014, in the chapel of Crocker Funeral Home. Interment will be in Poplar Run Baptist Cemetery.
